'Author of Bocos', is our most special wine; made from the finest grapes, malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels where then is aged at least 14 months, then rest in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark cherry with purplish hues.
Nose: Intense red fruit and hints of vanilla.
Palate: Elegant, sweet, balanced and very intense.

An ideal accompaniment for all meats, roasts, game, ham, blue fish, cheese and nuts.
