January 30 was a dinner pairing merging the Restaurant kitchen Itsas Azoka in Getxo marina (El Abra de Bilbao) with different Señorio de Bocos wines.
The Jantar Club pairing dinner was a success, it began with a few starters on the covered terrace of Restaurant Itsas Azoka accompanied with white 'Verdejo' and 'Rosé' wine of Señorio de Bocos.
Then the audience went inside for a delicious bream on baking accompanied by Señorio de Bocos 'Roble', to continue with a few slices of beef with mushroom sauce accompanied in this case by Señorio de Bocos 'Crianza'.
The desserts were served with Author of Bocos and night to finish the refreshing new combined Gin-Bocos.
The dinner took place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
