The eighth edition of the Wine and Women Awards has awarded the Diamond and Ruby Wine Women Awards.
Official International Wine Competition, held in Spain with an all-female jury and Only in the World, takes into account the work of women in the wine sector, the single rate wines where women have intervened at least 50% in the creation, production and / or marketing.
The contest were presented samples from 4 countries, representing 48 European wine regions, two Australian and one South African, forming a wide variety of wines, with many features and a high quality, which made it very difficult decision of the judges.
Jurors have been formed by a large group of women of wine winemakers, sommeliers, journalists, academic of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy, all meant in this important sector with high achievements, as winners and finalists of the Nose gold, or membership in international organizations and global committees Wine tasting.
